How we store your information

  • Your information is securely stored in secure containers & cabinets in our premises w very limited access only our nominated Data Protection officer

  • we keep the your information as outlined in section 2 for 5 (five) years as required by HmRC we will then dispose your information by securely shredding it & then burning the shredded remnants

  • Digital Records such as emails etc are stored on a password secured computer that only our nominated Data Protection officer has access to.

Under data protection law you have rights including:

  • Your right of access-You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

  • Your right to rectification-You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate.
